In the production of Twist-off caps, high-quality tinplate of the German company Rasselstein is used, as well as European paints and varnishes that have all the necessary hygienic certificates.
The Twist-off cap, RSB, PST – has a stepped profile in the sealing area with a vacuum control button in the center for acoustic and visual control of the first opening and is manufactured using a sealing paste PVC-plastisol that can withstand heat treatment up to 100 °C.
This type of plastisol is suitable for capping glass packaging in the process of pasteurization of food products.
