Production equipment
The enterprise has large production facilities. The production park of ZTI METALPAK plant is equipped with modern and reliable high-performance equipment from leading European brands. These are sheet metal cutting lines of the Italian company CEPAK, technological lines Soudronic (Switzerland) and Sabatier (France) for the production of a welded prefabricated can; modern lines KBA-MetalPrint (Germany) for tinplate coating with a gas drying system for paints and varnishes, as well as a Rainer Naroska line (Germany) for the production of “Twist-off” caps.
Quality control system
We take a responsible approach to the issue of the quality of our products. Quality control is carried out in accordance with the SMK standards and is an integral part of the production of all ZTI METALPAK products. The products of ZTI METALPAK are certified, manufactured in conformity with GOST (State Standard) and meet the provisions of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS Packaging Materials. Our quality control laboratory is equipped with specialized instruments and test benches, with qualified staff; all these allows continuous monitoring of the production process, from the acceptance of raw materials to the shipment of final products.
Manufactured products
Our company offers only modern types of solutions for packaging, storage and transportation of chemical and food products. In total, the enterprise produces more than 130 items.
We produce metal industrial packaging with a volume of 0.5-26 liters, used in the paint, construction and petrochemical industries. The production line includes conical pails Ø180, Ø240, Ø286 with lug lid, ring latch lid and seamed upper bottom, as well as cylindrical cans Ø99, Ø109.
Along with the chemical direction, the production of metal packaging for foodstuff is carried out. This includes cans No. 12, No. 13, No. 13A, No. 13H, as well as caps of the “Twist-Off” type Ø66, Ø82 for sterilization and pasteurization.
The monthly production volume is more than 14 million units. Among our business partners are the largest Russian companies-manufacturers of the chemical, paint and food industries in Russia.
