OOO ZTI METALPAK is the largest Russian manufacturer of tin packaging used in the petrochemical, paint and food industries. We produce: conical pails; cylindrical cans; steel drums; tin cans and caps of the “Twist–Off” type.
OOO ZTI METALPAK has been accessed and certified as meeting the requirements of Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials – BRC, issue 5; and achieved the highest grade: AA.
Production of the “Twist-off” caps (Ø66, Ø82) for glass jars has been launched. The production capacity of this line is more than 300 million pieces of caps per year.
The production of the most popular cans has been mastered (No.12, No.13, No.13A, No.13H).
A second industrial and administrative complex with a total area of 12,000 m2 was built and put into operation.
A varnishing and printing plant was opened. Two KBA-MetalPrint coating machines were put into operation.
The production park has been expanded and two modern automated lines for the production of conical pails (Ø180, Ø240) have been installed.
A technological line for the production of cylindrical cans (Ø99, Ø109) has been launched.
Our own production of tinplate coating has been launched. A line of high-quality equipment Mailander222 with the capability of full-color printing was purchased.
This made our packaging even more attractive to customers.
Installation and launch of the first technological lines of European manufacturers – Soudronic and Sabatier – for the production of industrial packaging (conical pail, Ø286).
Creation of a subsidiary of the ZTI GROUP company. Construction of the ZTI METALPAK plant for the production of metal packaging for chemical and food products, with an area of 6000 m2.
Formation of the group of companies ZTI GROUP («ЗТИГРУПП») – a leader in the production of modern industrial polyethylene containers.
