Maintaining high quality and safety of manufactured products is part of the overall development strategy and the basis for the operation and improvement of the quality and safety management system of products that meets the provisions of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS Packaging Materials.
Our own laboratory for quality control of finished products and incoming materials is equipped with specialized instruments and test benches, as well as with highly qualified specialists.
At ZTI METALPAK enterprise, continuous quality and safety control is organized throughout the entire technological process from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished products, which includes several stages.

Acceptance control includes testing and measuring finished products and analyzing data from incoming and operational control. Several samples of finished products are taken from each batch for the following types of tests and checks:
Periodic control
With acertain frequency, metal packagings are subjected to verification tests for compliance with the requirements:

Control samples of finished products are taken from each batch, which are stored during the guaranteed shelf life.
